Fees

Transcript Review

The cost of reviewing transcripts for the Add-On Program is $50.  This non-refundable fee covers the review of all transcripts and creation of your individual plan.  This fee is required at the time of the review along with the Transcript Review Form.  Your transcript review is valid for one year.

Program Application
The cost of Admission to the Center for Additional Teaching Licenses is $250 and is required at the time of application.  This non-refundable fee covers admission to UW Oshkosh, individual advisement by Center staff and review of your professional portfolio.

Life Experience

The cost to submit life experience for the Add-On Program is $75 per course. For more information on Life Experience please review the website or contact your Program Coordinator.

Tuition

The cost of tuition for all the required coursework necessary to obtaining a new license, including that of the required practicum, is the candidate’s responsibility. This will vary depending on the individual nature of each candidate’s needs and where you enroll to complete required coursework.

Please note that UW Oshkosh does NOT send out paper bills.  You will need to access your accounts once enrolled to pay your tuition.

Content Test(s)

The Content Test(s) fees are subject to change.

  • Please visit the ETS website for current Praxis II fee information.
  • Please visit the NES website for more information on the Wisconsin Foundations of Reading Test. (EC-MC and MC-EA licenses only)

Wisconsin Department of Instruction License Application 

The DPI license application fee is currently $100, payable at time of application; however this may be subject to change. Please visit the DPI website for current fee information. (http://tepdl.dpi.wi.gov/licensing/license-application-fee)

Financial Aid

Since we are a licensure only program and do NOT grant degrees, obtaining financial aid has different requirements. For more information, please click here to visit and contact UW Oshkosh's Financial Aid Office.
