Searching Multiple Word Documents in Word for Mac OS
How to find multiple word documents without having to search folders.
In order to run a search for multiple documents while working in Word you will need to do the following:
- Click on Edit and select Find.
- Click on the Arrow in the lower left to view more options.
- Click on the pull down menu and change the selection from Current Document All to All Open Documents.
- Input the search criteria in the Find what: box and click on Find Next.
