TitanFiles moved to using the NetID Login

In a little over one week the same thing will be happening to D2L, WISDM, HRS/MyUWSystem

If you are having problems logging in to TitanFILES, please make sure that you are using the same username and password as used to log on to the computer.

 

If you are having problems logging in to TitanFILES with a generic/department account, it is because the account has not yet been transferred.  Please call the Help Desk to create a ticket - please provide the following: 

  1. Name of the account (spelling is VERY important)
  2. The name of the person who owns the account (data steward)
  3. The name of the person who will be administering the account (appointed by the data steward)
