Help Desk Ticketing System (FootPrints) Unaccessible Saturday Morning (12/21/2013)

System experienced accessibility issues from approximately 9 AM to 1:30 PM.

During a scheduled Network Update on December 21, 2013, access to the UW Oshkosh Help Desk ticketing system (FootPrints) was affected.  Once the network updates were completed, FootPrints services were restored.  Our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced.
