Already have a work ticket requesting installation? We have started to work on those.

Would like one or more of the packages installed? Please email ( or call (x3020) the Help Desk to make that request

Can I request more than one package? Yes. We automatically install Photo Tools before Video, Web and Graphic because these tools are often used together. If you need Audio and Video or Graphics and Web, all you have to do is ask for them.

Already have a Creative Cloud subscription? Contact the Help Desk to make your request and after we install the campus license, remember to cancel your subscription to save the monthly fee.

Have CS6 installed on your office computer? There's no rush to get Creative Cloud and Adobe recommends CS6 be UNinstalled before Creative Cloud is installed.

Want to use it on your home computer? Go to the Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog (WISC) site and you can purchase a 12-month subscription for $19.95.

How long will the installation take? Installation time depends on the age of your computer and the number of packages you're requesting. It can take as little as 30 minutes or as long as 2 hours. Thank you for your patience.

When will we get these in the student computer labs? Since the labs all have CS6, we will not change applications in the middle of the semester. You can expect Adobe Creative Cloud in the student computer labs Fall 2014.

We have a web page with the package, requirement, and training information. If you have other questions or concerns, please me at or give me a call at 424-2368.
