BMC's Numara Footprints Help Desk Management System has been chosen to replace the Magic ServiceDesk Help Desk ticketing system.
The issue has been resolved.
Over this past weekend we were receiving numerous alerts that the Oshkosh Public Library website was being blocked by the web proxy. The block was confirmed as legitimate.
Madison DoIT Center reported that D2L was offline briefly but is back online now.
The Titan Web and Titan Admin systems will be offline this Friday, Feb. 17 from 2:00 AM through Sunday evening for maintenance.
Titan Web was unavailable from 5:00 PM Friday February 10 to Sunday 7:00 AM for scheduled updates. Student Accounts extended the tuition payment deadline through today, Monday, February 13.
Repairs have been completed and services are restored.
The Titan Web server experienced a hardware failure yesterday evening (Feburary 8th, 2012) at approximately 5:45 PM. IT employees are working on the problem and hope to have the system back up and running 8:00 PM or later this evening.
The Academic Computing Help Desk will be open until 6 PM Monday-Thursday during the first week of the semester.
Updates have been aplied to the access points system in Sage Hall.
University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh will be closed, normal business hours resume the next day.
WiscNet will be doing a maintenance upgrade on Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 6:00 am until 6:30 am.
There will be a scheduled D2L outage from January 11th at 10:00 PM, until January 12th at 10:00 AM.
You may notice moments of interrupted wireless service as Technicians are attempting to restore full service.
D2L will be down for maintenance on Wednesday August 17th at 10:00 PM to August 18th at 10:00 AM.
