- All Apple computer orders must be processed with a purchase requisition and forwarded to Purchasing for processing.

Under NO circumstances should you use your departmental purchase (VISA) card for any Apple purchases.
- The Purchase Requisition Form can be found at http://www.uwosh.edu/admin_serv/administrative-services-home/purchasing/purchasing-forms.
- Use the link below only to check configuration options. Do not use it to place orders.
- The Apple website has recently changed, so you will need to contact the Help Desk, helpdesk@uwosh.edu or 424-3020, to request a quote.
NOTE: You CANNOT order iPads with 3G service, unless you work with purchasing for a contract waiver form! To do this you can contact Brian Klinger at klingerb@uwosh.edu
