Jerry has worked for ACS since 1991.

Duties: Overseeing and training lab consultants, and managing the public computer labs on campus.

Outside Intrests: reading, music, walking, traveling, and current events

From: East Troy, WI

Ricky has worked for ACS since 2004.

Duties include: Maintain lab and classroom computer hardware and software, Pharos Print Management, staff and intern technical training

Outside interests: golf, fixing computers, Wisconsin sports, spending time with family
