Selection is based on grade point average (minimum
of 2.5), two letters of recommendation from faculty and academic
staff, and completed application form with personal statement
and identification of leadership. |

| AMSLC (American Multicultural Leadership
Conference) |
| |
AMSLC is a statewide conference designed
to allow Wisconsin college students to network and exchange ideas
about multicultural issues. This conference contains a student
presentation portion where students can present research and creative
writing with a chance to compete for scholarships. AMSLC enjoys
corporate sponsorship from companies such as Johnson-Wax and Walgreens.
