Special Notes:

Scholarships. Scholarships will not be listed on your award. However, if you receive scholarship money after the award is sent to you, the office may send you a revised letter directing you to TitanWeb to view revisions. Since scholarships count as your financial contribution, the amount of awarded financial aid may be reduced.

Pell Grant. At the time the award letter is sent to students, our office assumes that students will be enrolled full-time. However, the office checks student enrollment at the time the Pell grant is disbursed, which is within the first two weeks of a semester. If the students are enrolled less than full-time at that time, the Pell grant amount will be adjusted and awarded proportionally.

Financial Aid Adjustments. If for any reason your loans, grants, or work-study money have been adjusted or changed, you will receive a letter indicating that you should review the changes on TitanWeb. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
